1. Our Commitment

At Grant's BBQ Restaurant and Wu Wu Coffee LLC, we take great pride in our slow-smoked barbecue and hand-crafted coffee. We use high-quality ingredients and fresh-to-order preparation methods. If your experience is not up to our standards, please let us know immediately so we can make it right.

2. Food & Drink Errors

If you receive a dish or beverage that is different from what is listed on your receipt, we sincerely apologize.

  • Correction: We will prioritize preparing the correct item for you immediately.

  • Exchanges: If you prefer a different item of equal or lesser value, we will happily exchange it.

  • Refunds: If you do not want a replacement, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

3. Quality Concerns & Dissatisfaction

We want you to love your meal. If there is a quality issue (e.g., food temperature, undercooked meat, or an incorrectly made latte):

  • The "25% Rule": To be eligible for a refund or remake, at least 75% of the food or drink must be remaining in its original container. We cannot issue refunds for items that have been fully or mostly consumed.

  • Return Requirement: For health and quality control purposes, we may require the item to be returned to the counter for inspection by the manager on duty.

  • Personal Taste: Refunds are generally not provided for "change of mind" or personal taste preferences (e.g., finding a dry rub too spicy or a roast too bold) if the item was prepared correctly.

4. Cancellations

  • Dine-in/Takeout: Once an order has entered the preparation stage (typically immediately for coffee and within minutes for BBQ), it cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • Catering & Large Orders: Cancellations for large barbecue platters or catering events must be made at least [e.g., 48 hours] in advance for a full refund.

5. Refund Processing

  • Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Cash refunds are only available for cash purchases.

  • Store Credit: In some cases, we may offer store credit or a gift card for future use as an alternative to a direct refund.

Online Order Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Our Satisfaction Guarantee

We take great pride in our slow-smoked barbecue and hand-crafted coffee. If your website order does not meet our quality standards, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

2. Order Errors & Missing Items

  • Incorrect Items: If you receive an item different from your digital receipt, we will prioritize remaking the correct item for pickup or delivery.

  • Missing Items: If an item is missing from your order, please notify us within 24 hours. We will either prepare the missing item immediately or issue a refund for that specific item to your original payment method.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

  • The 75% Rule: To be eligible for a refund or replacement due to quality concerns, at least 75% of the food or beverage must be remaining in its original container for inspection.

  • Dissatisfaction: Refunds are generally not provided for "change of mind" or personal taste preferences once the order has been prepared correctly.

  • Perishables: Due to health regulations, we cannot accept "returns" of food items. Refunds for perishable goods are granted at the manager’s discretion based on verified errors.

4. Cancellations & Modifications

  • Immediate Orders: Because our food is prepared fresh upon receipt, orders placed through the website cannot be canceled or modified once they have entered the "Preparation" stage.

  • Catering & Large Platters: Cancellations for large barbecue catering orders must be made at least [e.g., 48 hours] in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made with less notice may incur a fee to cover labor and ingredient costs.

5. Refund Processing
